Outlook Express 5 disconnects whenever I try to send or receive e-mail.
{short description of image}
This walk-through disables Outlook Express's ability to dial into the Internet. It solves the problem of Outlook Express terminating the current connection and then re-connecting 'before' it will send e-mail or check for new e-mail.

If your Outlook Express is disconnecting 'after' it has checked for new mail or 'after' you have sent a e-mail this walk-through will not help you.

This walk through only works with Microsoft Outlook Express.
