In Outlook Express click one time on Tools

Click one time on Accounts

When the Internet Accounts window opens :

1. Click one time on the Mail Tab
2. Click one time on the Account (probably called train.missouri.org)
3. Click one time on the Properties button

When the Properties window opens :

1. Click one time on the Servers Tab
2. Change Incoming mail (POP3) to mail.gotrain.org and change the Outgoing mail (SMTP) to smtp.gotrain.org
3. Click one time on Apply
4. Click one time on OK
