The TRAIN Helpdesk is located inside the Raymondville Community Access Room. Our normal operating hours are from 8:30am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday, Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm. Or you can Email us by clicking HERE.

If you are submitting a problem report, please include the following information (Without this information, your questions will be more difficult to answer):
  • What is your username?
  • What exactly happens?
  • Exactly what time did the problem occur?
  • How long has the problem been happening?
  • What kind of software and hardware you are using?
  • Are there any other details that might be helpful.
  • Are you using Windows 3.x, 95, 98 or other (specify other)?
  • Are you running Internet Explorer 3.x , 4.x, 5.x or other (specify other) ?
