At the Bank of Houston :
IMPORTANT : In order to make payments at the Bank of Houston you will need to obtain a FREE payment booklet from TRAIN. No payments can be accepted at the bank if you do not have your payment booklet with you.

Payment book info:

  1. It is FREE
  2. It contains 12 payment stubs (enough for 1 year)
  3. The Bank can not accept payments without it.
  4. It is customized with your TRAIN account information (this is why it is required. The bank passes the stub along to TRAIN and this is how we know what account the payment should be applied to)
  5. You can pick one up at our office in Raymondville it only takes a few minutes to make one.
  6. Give us a call and we can mail it to you . Our numbers are the same as always 967-2900 or Toll Free 1-866-967-2900.

In Person :
You can pay in person at the TRAIN office Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm (there is also a drop box on the side of the building for after hours). TRAIN's office is located at 205 E Hwy B in the old First National bank building across the street from the Raymondville grocery.

Mail :
You can mail your Check or Money Order to :

Please include at least one of the following your Phone # , Train Username , Train Account #, and / or your Train Email Address. If you include the Invoice emailed to your Train email account all the required information is on the invoice and nothing more is required.

Online Credit Card Payments :

Pay via Paypal's secure Credit Card services. You can make a one time payment for a single month or year. The entire transaction is done via Paypal's secure servers, your Credit Card nor any other information is available , or viewable on any Train system or server.

IMPORTANT : ALWAYS include your TRAIN Account number or a  Phone number with any payments to ensure the correct account is credited.

Making a one time payment with your Credit or Debit Card does not require you to have or to set up a Paypal Account.
  1. Select the amount you wish to pay below.
  2. Enter your TRAIN Account #. If you do not know your TRAIN account # please enter a phone number instead so we can call you if we are unable to determine whose account the payment was intended for.
  3. Click " Pay Now "
  4. You may now select number of Months / Years you wish to pay by changing the " Quantity " and clicking "Update".
  5. If you do not have a PayPal account click on the "Pay with a debit or credit card " Link below the section asking for your Email / PapPal password.
  6. Enter Your payment information and you're done !
