Payment Options

T.R.A.I.N. Now offers several convenient payment options. If you have any questions please contact T.R.A.I.N. Helpdesk for more information.

In Person :
Just stop by the Texas County Library in Houston during normal business hours. Please note that other branch libraries in Texas County can not accept membership fees for T.R.A.I.N.

Drop Box :
The drop box on the front of the Houston Library can be used for Checks or Money Orders. Please be sure to place your check or money order in a legal size envelope. Please include your phone #, Train Username, Train Account number , or your Train email address with your payment so we can be sure to apply it to the correct account. NEVER PUT CASH IN THE DROP BOX.

Please include your Phone # , Train Username , Train Account #, and / or your Train Email Address. If you include the Invoice emailed to your Train email account all the required information is on the invoice and nothing more is required.

Online Credit Card Payments

Pay via Paypal's secure Credit Card services. You can make a one time payment for a single month or year or you can set up recurring payments that will automatically bill your credit card monthly or yearly. The entire transaction is done via Paypal's secure servers, your Credit Card nor any other information is available , or viewable on any Train system or server.

IMPORTANT : ALWAYS include your TRAIN username or account number with any payments to ensure the correct account is credited. It is also a good idea to include a phone number so that we may contact you if we are unable to determine the correct account.
Making a one time payment with your Credit or Debit Card does not require you to have or to set up a Paypal Account. You do not need to enter a username or password.
$15.00 - Make a one time payment of $15.00 Select this option to make a one time payment of $15.00.
$30.00 - Make a one time payment of $30.00 Select this option to make a one time payment of $30.00
$165.00 - Make a one time payment of $165.00 Select this option to make a one time, non-recurring, payment of $165.00 ( Normally a one time payment for one year of T.R.A.I.N. dial-up membership)
$330.00 - Make a one time payment of $330.00 Select this option to make a one time, non-recurring, payment of $330.00 ( Normally a one time payment for one year of Wireless membership)
Recurring payments Please note : TRAIN provides the below links as a convenience to it's members. Setting up a Paypal account is an agreement between yourself and Paypal TRAIN has no access to any informaion you provide to Paypal. Because of this you must keep track of any usernames or passwords you set up with Paypal, TRAIN CAN NOT RETRIVE PAYPAL INFORMATION . All transactions are between yourself and Paypal. Again, DO NOT LOSE YOUR PAYPAL Information as TRAIN does not have access to the information nor the ability to change it. IMPORTANT : Canceling or placing your TRAIN account on hold does not cancel any automatic payments you have set up in Paypal (or any other service you may use). If you set up Recurring payments will need to contact Paypal (or whatever service you use) and have the payments stopped yourself.
Dial-up Account - Monthly $15.00 Select this option to automatically pay $15.00 via your Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Account every month. This automatic payment system requires you to set up a Paypal account. TRAIN in no way endorses PAYPAL nor is it required by TRAIN in order to make automatic payments. It is recommended that members check with their bank as most banks offer automatic bill paying as a service to their customers. TRAIN provides this link to Paypal only as a convenience to it's members.
Wireless Account - Monthly $30.00 Select this option to automatically pay $30.00 via your Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Account every month.
