Payment Options

T.R.A.I.N. Now offers several convenient payment options. If you have any questions please contact T.R.A.I.N. Helpdesk for more information.

Starting August 10th 2009 you will be able to pay your TRAIN bill at the Bank of Houston.

IMPORTANT : In order to make payments at the Bank of Houston you will need to obtain a FREE payment coupon booklet from TRAIN. No payments can or will be accepted at the bank if you do no have a coupon.

Coupon book info:

  1. It is FREE
  2. It contains 12 coupons / payment stubs (enough for 1 year)
  3. The Bank can not accept payments without it.
  4. It is customized with your TRAIN account information (this is why it is required. The bank passes the stub along to TRAIN and this is how we know what account the payment should be applied to)
  5. You can't do it until August 10th.
  6. You can pick one up at our office in Raymondville it only takes a few minutes to make one.
  7. Give us a call and we can mail it to you . Our numbers are the same as always 967-2900 or Toll Free 1-866-967-2900.

Please include your Phone # , Train Username , Train Account #, and / or your Train Email Address. If you include the Invoice emailed to your Train email account all the required information is on the invoice and nothing more is required.

Online Credit Card Payments

Pay via Paypal's secure Credit Card services. You can make a one time payment for a single month or year or you can set up recurring payments that will automatically bill your credit card monthly or yearly. The entire transaction is done via Paypal's secure servers, your Credit Card nor any other information is available , or viewable on any Train system or server.

IMPORTANT : ALWAYS include your TRAIN username or account number with any payments to ensure the correct account is credited. It is also a good idea to include a phone number so that we may contact you if we are unable to determine the correct account.
 
   

Making a one time payment with your Credit or Debit Card does not require you to have or to set up a Paypal Account. You do not need a password.

Recurring payments
Most banks offer some type of automatic bill payment service. TRAIN recommends that its members see what services their local bank offers if they are not comfortable with or familiar with online services such as PayPal.

Please note : TRAIN provides the below links as a convenience to it's members. Setting up a Paypal account is an agreement between yourself and Paypal TRAIN has no access to any information you provide to Paypal. Because of this you must keep track of any usernames or passwords you set up with Paypal, TRAIN CAN NOT RETRIVE PAYPAL INFORMATION . All transactions are between yourself and Paypal. Again, DO NOT LOSE YOUR PAYPAL Information as TRAIN does not have access to the information nor the ability to change it.

IMPORTANT : Canceling or placing your TRAIN account on hold does not cancel any automatic payments you have set up in Paypal (or any other service you may use). If you set up Recurring payments will need to contact Paypal (or whatever service you use) and have the payments stopped yourself.
