Agreement Between Interconnect LLC Access and Registered User

1. The use of the system is a privilege which may be revoked by Interconnect LLC at any time for abusive conduct. Such conduct would include, but not limited to, the placing of unlawful information on the system, the use of obscene, abusive or otherwise objectionable language in either public or private messages, or violation of this agreement. Interconnect LLC will be the sole arbiter of what constitutes abusive conduct. Tampering or altering any other computer software or computer hardware on any system will result in the immediate termination of the registered account.

2. Interconnect LLC reserves the right to review any material stored in files or programs to which Interconnect LLC users have access and will edit or remove any material which Interconnect LLC , in its sole discretion, believes may be unlawful, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. 

3. User accounts which are for any reason disabled will forfeit all monies collected by Interconnect LLC for access. Interconnect LLC monthly fees are nonrefundable, and nontransferable. 

4. Interconnect LLC does not warrant or represent that Interconnect LLC will meet any specific requirements you may have, or that it will be error free or uninterrupted; Interconnect LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of data or information) sustained or incurred in connection with the use of, operation of, or inability to use Interconnect LLC 

5. The user agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of Interconnect LLC as may be enacted from time to time by the Interconnect LLC Board of Directors.  

7. Connections that exceed a reasonable usage may be terminated in order to allow other members access to Internet resources. Interconnect LLC reserves the right to determine when an account is exceeding reasonable bandwidth usage. Any account exceeding reasonable limits will generally be notified. If unreasonable use continues after notification, the account may be terminated.

8. The user understands and agrees that no professional relationship between those persons authorized by Interconnect LLC providing advice or information to the user about the Interconnect LLC system exists. Advice on individual problems outside of Interconnect LLC access should be referred to a professional.  

9. The user agrees to indemnify Interconnect LLC for any loss suffered to them by reason of improper use of Interconnect LLC or the Internet by any user; and the user further agrees to compensate anyone harmed by the user’s abusive use of Interconnect LLC.  

10. Misuse or abuse of Interconnect LLC’s Internet services will result in suspension of Interconnect LLC  privileges as well as possible legal action. Examples of illegal or unethical purposes include, but are not limited to:

• Harassing other users or Intterconnect staff.
• Libeling or slandering other users or Interconnect staff.
• Destroying, damaging or altering equipment, software, or data belonging to other users;
• Sending, receiving, or displaying text or graphics which may be construed as obscene;
• Gaining unauthorized access to resources or entities;
• Unauthorized copying or distribution of copyright-protected material.
